    Re: What a Nice Morning!

Thanks for the good thoughts and well wishes folks!

Diana, at this point we have three males covering a total of 6 females. 4 of those females are exclusively with Riordan the YB male. We have a few females that may go by spring, we're still deciding about that at this point. Right now the possibility of 6 clutches seems almost overwhelming LOL.

6 clutches is the max that I may get this year, but I also have about 6 males who have been breeding. Glad to hear that Riordan has had so many girlfriends... I really love yellow bellies!

    Re: What a Nice Morning!

Fingers crossed for lot of nice healthy clutches, from all those strong healthy looking females Jo.

I think R is one of the nicest YBs, it will be interesting to see how the different females contribute to the phenotype of the offspring.

6 clutches... very overwhelming. Fortuneately you have a house full of snake keepers to help out.

    Re: What a Nice Morning!

Thanks so much for all the kind thoughts and wishes folks. It's so nice to be part of this online community where we all support and cheer each other on with our snake hobby/business. The whole family here is excited about this year. It's the small start of a bigger dream that we've been working for these past few years.

I'm so glad to be sharing our first breeding year with others here at the same stage in their keeping experience and to have the vast pool of knowledge to access from our more experienced breeders. You all ROCK!

    Re: What a Nice Morning!

Sounds awesome, Jo. I know how passionate your whole family is about these snakes. Just wait'll you have eggs incubating! I would get an incubator with a see-through door; easier to watch
