I just converted an old freezer into an incubator. I have 2 digital thermometers probes inside, and 1 herpstat pro probe. One of the digital thermometer probes is about an inch from the top. The herpstat probe is about a foot below that. The second digital probe is about two feet below the herpstat probe. The herpstat probe is reading 89F. The two digital probes are reading 87.5F. Which should I go by? I'm guessing the herpstat, because I paid 300 bones for it, and only 5 for each of the digital thermometers. Are these temps going to be fine for incubating ball python eggs? Thanks for your help. Here is a picture of the incubator. (Sorry for the poor quality of the pic.)
