Nope wouldn't think so. As freshly dead rodents being piled in a container together, they are likely to freeze pretty much in a solid block (that's my best guess). If you wanted to store them in a container you'd likely have to lay them out first, individually freeze them, then place them in the container afterwards. You'd want something that doesn't allow for trapped air however or you are going to have freezer burnt prey which will be quite nasty and a waste of your time.
