How are your humidity levels? I know if they get too dry, their eyes can look "wrinkled" or "cracked". I dunno if that's the same thing you're trying to describe or not. I'd've boogied off to the vet with him if it were mine. But if he seems fine now that he's shed... I guess just watch and see if it happens again.
