Thanks guys.. My son seems to think that since I'm the only one that can feed her she thought it was feeding time.. Like Judy said she may have smelled a rat? Or the person that usually has them for her?? I'm betting on her wanting to feed cause she is gravid. So I'll palp her Tomorrow and see how far along she is. Wish me luck on Super stripes!!

I just attempted to place my yb male in with my big Freak girl. I opened the bin and she rushed out grabbed the yb male and wrapped him like a rat!! I sprayed her and she let go.. I still cant believe she did this.. She just ate her norm 2 days ago! BTW. He is 1000 grams.. Just letting everyone know to becareful!! And he is fine no blood or anything. It was really fast..

Does she have black widow in her blood ? They kill thier mates after not before .Be carefull from now on you might be next

Wow maybe you should change her name to Black Widow

I have some really aggressive girls that are so bad that they go into feed mode just from hearing the tubs opening and closing in the room when I move males around. Before I put males into those tubs, I usually spray them or tap them (the girls) with a pair of tongs ... it knocks them out of feed mode and I can then safely put a male in their tub.

Scary for sure Jas! ... Glad it worked out ok.
