It's tougher in the winter when the heat is on, but I have a glass tank and can keep it about 55%. First, I have cork board around 3 sides of the tank - two water bowls, one over the UTH. On the screen, I wet a cotton napkin, lay it across the top and cover that with foil. Then I spray twice a day. When he's getting ready to shed, I make his hide humid with wet paper towel over the warm side. He really likes that and will lay right on top of the towel whenever he's in there.
