    Exclamation Good deal?

Hello! Im trying to order mice for the new snakes, ( 100 grams and 150 grams) and was wondering if these prices and amounts were a good deal?
Im ordering for now and later to save

    Frozen Mouse -Large Fuzzie/Crawler
    Frozen Mouse - Small
    Frozen Mouse - Med
    Frozen Mouse - Large (Hairless)
    Frozen Mouse - Jumbo

Pretty much the larger is for when they get bigger(and some new adults comeing in soon), and the smaller is for now untill i need to stock up more. All of this for $100, and 50 of each size. and from americanrodent.com. I have rats breeding so its the mice plus the rats i get from the breeding. Right now im sticking to get mice, and maybe the next order i'll get all rats.

Anyone see any problems with this?

    Re: Good deal?

It sounds ok to me! I payed way more for way less at rodent pro, and payed lots less than that for alot more at Big Cheese rodents.

Not quiet sure about the shelf life, for vacum packed, i think it is 6 months un opened? Not sure. Good luck!

EDIT: NVM, I got less for less..lol. Read your list wrong.

    Re: Good deal?

Shelf life if not vacuum packed is 6 months to a year, a snake will eat one to 3 mice a week depending on size so make sure you don't order too much (To give you an idea I start feeding a second mouse when my BP reach 500 grams and a third one when they reach 1000 grams)

At this stage your BP should have no problem eating medium to adult mice so I would skip those

    Frozen Mouse - Small

    Re: Good deal?

    instead, for 100, im getting

    50 rat fuzzys
    100 large adult mice
    50 jumbo

i went by compairing the mice to rats, so the larges had the smae amount of grams as a rat pup, and a jumbo was i think a weanling or small rat. Im getting some adult females in soon so the jumbos and large will be shared.
