Re: Pre-ovulation shed?
Pre-ovulation, or pre-lay shed? I'm watching Echo like a hawk myself - she shed right after Christmas, and now she's bowl wrapping - so.....fingers crossed.
Good luck Jen!

Re: Pre-ovulation shed?
I don't think that it is pre-lat yet. I had her with my Spider briefly in November.. and then paired her with my striped male roughly 60-70 days ago. I am actually hoping that the stripe won out, because I want to try to prove him out..
Yes she has done the bowl-wrap also..
Good luck to you as well

Re: Pre-ovulation shed?
I think I have a few girls going into their pre lay sheds. Not sure though if it isnt just a regular shed.
Good Luck to both of you. I like that female too.

Thanks. She was actually a sort of a rescue case.. if you give them a chance, build them back up, they will return the favor a trillion-fold, I believe

Re: Pre-ovulation shed?
I fed her about a week and a half ago; a medium rat. Last year though, all of my females wanted to eat during breeding season; Ginger I swear, would eat while she's locked up if I let her!

After ovulation (If you see it) or when they just refuse. If you are cooling reduce food items to smaller than usual meals
