silverish looking scales on male bps back
my male ball python has some silver looking scales on his back. its only along the spine area. the silver scales are only were the black scales are. and they are in portions all the way down his spine. is this abnormal?

these are the silver looking scales. some of the silver i part of the flash but you get it.

Check out the stickies in the Site Info forum. You'll find some threads that will teach you how to post images.
From what little you've said about it, it sounds to me like something completely normal. You could say it's related to the patches of dry skin we sometimes get...although obviously not quite the same. It'll go away with the next shed, although you may see a different little patch pop up somewhere else. It's harmless.
Of course, that's all supposition based on very little information provided. If you're concerned about the snake's well being, you'll have to provide more info and maybe be willing to take it to a vet for a check up.

Well, honestly, the picture doesn't show much more than your verbal description did. But based on that, it still seems like what I said above. Most likely harmless.
