For humidity, get few papertowels, wad them together and you can either soak or just mist every day to keep em wet. That will raise your humidity by another 15% or so.

Are you feeding live or F/T? If F/T then what I did once was after thawing the mouse, I hung it infront of his hide and turned off all the lights in the room. I think privacy and darkness encourages them. After about 25 minutes I returned to check on him and whoala the mouse was gone.
