    My new rack set up

This is a pic of a recently (almost) completed rack that I built. I have a couple more levels to add but not until I have a bigger collection - even what I have space for now isn't occupied

Very nice. Are you going with back heat?

Thanks - it took a lot longer to put together than I had expected and I still have a few tweaks to do but its so much better than trying to take care of lots of viv's.

No - I have 4 feet lengths of 11 inch (large tubs) and 4 feet lengths of 6 inch (medium tubs) Ultratherm heat strips heating the back end of the tubs and combined with an ambient room temp of 77f I have the front of the tubs at approx 82f.

So far works out pretty good though I am monitoring the front of the tubs to ensure a sufficient heat gradient exists that isn't too cold.

Tubs are rubbermaid and thermostats are Habistat Pulse Proportional.

The design was based on Tim Bailey's CB-70 set up -thanks Tim for excellent step by step plans.
