Yeah, the rumor I had heard was actually about using regular old kitchen style tin foil to wrap around the sides to keep heat in. Don't know if there are any actual benefits or if it is just legend. I would think it would make for one butt ugly cage background though. :]

But I would only need it for the temporary night drop to 75~. And if this is okay, then everything is cosher.
