You're talking about a snake rack, those are used to save space. Most of them use many tubs. And yes, with tubs it will be easier to control the temp/humidity. Either way you need to get a much smaller enclosure. A 55 gal is way too big for either of your BPs.

What do you mean by not having 90 days to wait? This snake needs to be quarantined, and I would suggest treating it with provent-a-mite, along with any new arrivals, first off. Mites are an ugly thing; best to nip them in the bud.
60-90 days of quarantine is just something that comes with the territory.

You mentioned they came from the same place?
What sort of drawers/rack did you get?
You should wait on breeding, and try to keep those apart so as to not pass anything back and forth.

Again, kind of hard to be sure, but it does look like a pastel, so you got a nice deal.
I don't know what shelf thing you got, or what tubs, so it's hard to say.

He looks small. He would do well in a 12 qt or 28 qt tub, and the female you have not mentioned weight or size, so in general, she would do well in a 28 unless she is a monster.

You can order flexwatt and a helix thermostat from reptilebasics.
If you need set up help, there are a few stickies in the caging section with very well shot and written rack set ups.

I agree, worry about your QT first, husbandry, and the health and temperament of both snakes before you try breeding.

There is no rush, read and learn about this years pairings, and follow the threads as the season progresses, you'll learn a thing or two before you start next Nov.

You've had the girl for 2 years with no heat source? Where the heck do you live? The tropics? lol

edit, and yes, the female should do fine in a 28 qt tub. Unless you want something bigger. Up to you.
