VPI Book Arrived!

Today the nice UPS man brought our youngest son Michael a VERY special present from a very special person.

I won't embarrass the sender by babbling on about this other than to say Michael loves this book, Michael's parents love this book, Michael's siblings love this book....heck I think the dog would love it but I'm afraid to let her near it in case she slobbers on it! What an amazing book this is!

The kindness of friends always warms my heart, especially at Christmas. We all send our love and thanks for this book that Michael (and his parents, siblings and the dog) will treasure for years to come.

p.s. I just ordered mine on Wednesday, and am eagerly awaiting it's arrival. When the UPS guy showed up at my door today, I was a little depressed to know that it was just another Helix and not my new book.

Btw in the first picture on the far left, on top of Patrick you can just barely see Michael's new favorite stuffed toy. A huge, long stuffed snake toy that we found last month. It was in a bag of old stuffed toys I'd forgotten we even owned. It was once Luke's favorite stuffed animal, years before we ever owned a snake. Now it's his little brother's.

It is a fantastic book and worth every penny! I love mine and took it on the road several times during business trips to read.

I keep my book in the car if I ever get a chance on my lunch at work I flip through and try to read another few pages. Its really a great book with lots of amazing pictures and filled with some great research.
