Obviously, she doesn't care so much for her snakes as she says or she would be back on this forum asking for help.

Ignorance is one thing... voluntary ignorance is quite another, and I personally consider it one of the biggest sins out there. Why would anyone purposefully refuse to learn? Greater than that, why would they purposefully put their pets in a terrible situation because they refuse to learn.
