He or She might just be workin up a poop or some uriates, Ive noticed that 2 or 3 days after a feeding my girl gets a lump near her vent, and then the lump is gone in exchange for present left in the tub. And about the sexing, the only way your gonna find out is buy going to a herp vet and getting it probed or popped, usually probing is what vets do. Sometimes they won't be able to give you a definitive answer because of the age of the snake. Babys dont have as strong of muscle control so the males who tend to tighten up when being probed won't and might be mistaken for females. But most of the time the vet will know.
