You seem to be hung up on a large enclosure for your Ball Python. I just want to make a statement that I always think about when trying to etermine the size of an enclosure for a new reptile. What is the range of the animal in the wild? A Ball Python spends about 85% of it's life in a tight quarters rodent burrow or termite mound. So a Ball Python is typically fine in an enclosure that is smaller than one for a more mobile snake.
