Now I am not here to bash you but I have read a couple threads and with you 3 year old daughter taking a snake out, and then having it be on the loose for so long I thought I would put my .

And reading through the animals you have most notably the burm and the water monitor these are animals that absolutely should have some secure cages. AP, Boaphile and the like all are amazing cages that provide great security to you and your animals.

Just curious as to what you plan on housing your burm and water monitor in when they become "bigger".

Just looking out for the welfare of you, your daughter and your animals.

Good luck and that is awesome news that you found your burm. It is a HUGE relief to get one back.

Great post, Mike, I have many of the same questions/concerns here.

I'd also caution against immediately feeding that snake. It's been under stress, loose for 3 weeks, temps out of whack. I would think it would be better to let it settle back into it's home, warm back to it's proper temps, have fresh water, etc. then offer feed in a couple of days to a week.
