    Reptile Basics--Customer Service

Some may have seen my post about the burned up T-stat plug.

Well, I emailed Rich at RB seeing if he could give me give me advice on whether it was fixable. I was told (based on the cord color) it was not one of his, but he'd gladly take a look and fix it if he could. He only charged me the price of shipping and a new cord. Wow! Great Customer service.

    Thanks go out to Rich

I actually just hung up from placing an order with Rich. You just can't ask for a more seamless transaction....nice guy to talk to, very helpful, knows his product, treats his customers right and gets what he sells out fast and right. Rich is definitely a pleasure to do business with.

Using those expansion outlets is just asking for a fire.

I work for an insurance loss consulting firm and I can't tell you how many house fires start as electrical fires from those types of outlet expansions.

Spending $15 on a quality power strip with a fuse could save your home, snakes, and even your life.
