I would have to agree with slartibartfast that I would NOT go near a snake with any human meds. A good soaking won't hurt anything and it may help him pass a large stool thats stuck. As long as you don't see his insides sticking out it sounds like he's just a little constipated Is the bump or swelling by his anal scales? More info will narrow it down. and remember to stay calm
