I want your rats

I am trying to compile a listing of all the different rat coat patterns and colors. This listing will be an article I'm writing about rat genetics and biology.

As it so happens, I don't have very many different rat patterns running around. So I'm asking for pictures of your rats! Any weird patterns, or just plain ol' regular ratties that you love. I want em all! I don't care!

You don't have to know what they are, but I will assume that everything you submit to me is your rat. You can post the pictures here on this thread, or you can email it to me at csilvern12@gmail.com.

Your full name will be watermarked onto all the photo's if and when I use them, and I will assume I have your permission to use them.

I could really use those pictures, and I am definitely looking forward to see what everyone has come up with!

this picture was taken as a baby, during a molt.. her markings are a bit more defined now if you want them i can post a more recent pic, but this one was in my pc..



this is Belle, shes a blue varigated hooded female with head spot and facial/chin markings, the mouth markings follow down her throat and into her belly.

ADORABLE!!! I'm on a waiting list for a breeder now for a blue-hooded Of course, she wont be used for breeding (or feeding either), and will only be a pet.. But still, I never lied to the breeder- but she doesnt know that I own snakes, either.. lol
