    Well, since they don't really need much humidity unless shedding, having it be low for a bit shouldn't hurt at all.

    You should pick up a digital termometer/hygrometer ASAP...Acurite is great for a low price. Also, give him two hides one on each side, and see if you can make that water dish much smaller. I like the vine and plants, tho. Also, are you heating it only with that light? If so, get yourself a UTH sized for the tank and put it under one side on a thermostat or dimmer for a proper gradient.
