I was thinking about these prices to sell my babys for

Well, i got to thinking, what am i going to sell my morphs for. I know that the prices will be different, so i am setting my prices low so i will not be in shock if they drop to much. Id also love to get people their dreams of owning morphs without having to give a leg for the snake.

Right now i have spiders and a pastel, hopefully if weights permit i'll have babies next spring. I'll also have albinos but they will be no where near breeding by spring. I'll give a price anyways although im expecting albinos to have dropped a lot by the time i have off spring.

Spiders- males/ females- $300 each I got my first spider for this price and she was a 06 (shes been with me for about a month now) and also a poss het albino, so i think i hit the jack pot there.i know i was in snake price heaven when i got her

Pastels- males 75, females 200(possible shipped)

Bumblebees, 1000 shipped. Although im not sure if i'll be getting rid of any out of my first clutch.

Super pastels(permitting i get a 06 pastel female Ive been eyeing) i think 800-900 will be their price by then so i'll say 900 shipped.

Albinos, 600 males or females. although i think albinos will stay stable at 500$ soon.

Albino spiders- $4000 if i ever get around to breeding her with a albino to see if she is more than a 50% het. If not then i think spiders het albinos id sell for $1000 each, i think they are going for around $2000 right now

Normals- id want to rid of these faster then the morphs, so i think $15 each would be my offer now and in the future, although craigslist is great for these What do you guys think? What would you like to see these morphs being sold for(reasonably)

yeah, but this will be in a year and they might naturally be that low. With shipping they would come up to $350 anyways.

    feed your snakes
    clean your snakes

when you have enough food, enclosures, and space for babies, then breed them

then IF you get eggs, put whatever price you want on them

    just keep in mind.............

its not as easy as it sounds!

    good luck!

First, you're bordering on advertising, which is only allowed in the For Sale section on the forum. Second - you should read the sticky in the Breeding Forum about breeding ball pythons.

i think most of those prices will already be that low within the next three years when my babys are adults, and next year i know they will have gone down some. Ive been seeing spiders pop up every once in a while for 375 already, and pastels really depend on their colors.

It's pre-mature for you to be pricing animals at this stage anyway. And you won't be taken seriously as a breeder if you undervalue your animals.

Best not to count your snakes before they hatch.

no, my names Matt. Im definitely not trying to sell anything, it would be silly to try a year before you have any eggs Im sorry, im sort of new to the forum, so i haven't figured everything out yet, i was going to post in the breeding section but after looking it over i was seeing that everything was more focus on selling and not talk. I posted this to see what peoples opinions are also on what they think morphs will be in time.
