I don't think so. Go over and read the hybrid thread you started. I posted some info over there. Without background info on your carpet, I would have to say that it is an American carpet, Morelia domesticus.
Considering in your own words, you said that told you it was a coastal cross. No one sells a ball and says, "This is a ball x eastern ball." It was either a ball breeding or a cross breeding.
I bet you have a cross but without seeing it and knowing any background info on it, who knows.
