Reptile_Man was banned a long time ago. He, apparently, is trying to get back on...so his account name pops up, but he can't actually get into any threads.

As for how to get banned....blatantly thumb your nose at our TOS/Site Rules and show no remorse for doing so. That's the usual route most of the bannees have taken.
