    I offer all of my snakes hides .... some use them, some don't, some use them sometimes.

    A hide doesn't have to be elaborate. I used crumpled up newspaper on top of the substrate (keeps them from burrowing under their newspaper substrate)

    funny that you say this.........i have one girl that i tried this with because she hates hides, and loves hanging out under her paper. i thought i was smart and balled up paper towels for her to hide under/or around, and it didn't work, she still got under the paper and left a nice LOG for me that was stuck to the tub!
