I'm fine with my work environment, I enjoy my job. However, there isn't any job security....and I can't really expect my promised pay raises because the new business I work for is failing.

My boss has yet to inform me on whether or not we renewed our lease space for January to ride it out, so....come January I may be out of a job and on the search for a new one.
