How to handle this

I posted on the bearded dragon forum about my baby that I bought having andneovirus and dieing due to it. I tried contacting the breeder since she was barly 2 months old if that and had been off since we got her but got no response. I was on my local craigslist(where i found her to begin with) and sure enough right after i bought my 2 (other one is sick with adneovirus also) the breeder was trying to sell the male off. I contacted him out of just because and he tells me he still has the babies from the clutch I bought from. Now how should I go about this. I dont know if he knows that the babies are sick or not but he is still selling them to unsuspecting people.

Tell him, and ask him what he plans to do about it.

If he doesn't plan on doing anything about it and still wants to sell the babies, put him on the BOI, so at least people can find out about him.
