Here's another thing. I guess that the ones that weigh less, were in fact the ones that started feeding later than the others.
la laid 4 eggs that were on the larger side. Ginger's 8 eggs were normally sized from what pictures I have seen of eggs. Bela's were lozenge-shaped. Well, Bela's hatched a week or so after Gin's did.. and Bela's babies are larger! By at least 10 grams or so.. just a thing I noticed. Anyone else notice this? Bela was on the smaller side (1800g) when bred, while Gin exceeded 2000g.
I sometimes think its a genetic thing .Now be serious we all love it when our girls put on a pound or two (talking about snakes here )
