What kind of UVB do you have?
Did the doctor put him on any kind of meds?

Beardies don't have parental care, so while he might've moved too young, it wouldn't be an "away from the parents" issue. Small babies are just more delicate. You can order some jumpstart online, it helps with appetites and is commonly used when beardies on put on meds.
