Of course, look at how people used to talk in the 1600's. If you read anything from that period, you have to reread it a few times to even get a grasp of what they are talking about. Shakespeare for example.
There are a lot of Ebonics down here. The ones you listed aren't even used anymore. A lot of the words are just super shortened forms, kinda of a verbal short hand.
Cuh = Cuz = Cousin which is kind of used like the word Bro. Endearing term.
Tight = cool
There are millions more that make no sense.
