    Albino's

Have any of you noitced your albino's prefering to eat in the dark instead of the light being on in the room? Cause today mine would not hit the pup til I finally turned the light off. He's alway's been a shy predator but maybe now I found out why.

Not mine ... I've got a bunch of albinos and they practically leap out of their tubs for food ... a couple of them will take your face off on feeding day if you get too close ... I do have some shy feeders of mixed types (normals, pastels, etc) that won't eat if you're in the room or without a hide box, but I don't think it has anything to do with the type of mutation they are ... just that each snakes "personality" is different regardless of it's genetics.

I don't have an albino. Does anyone want to send me one so I can test this theory?

    Re: Albino's

I just fed my new Albino this week for the first time.

It looked like she knew the rat was dead. She grabbed it without the speed my other balls do and began eating without constricting. I have never seen this before...
