This looks like it was taped at a "canine freestyle" competition. I absolutely love watching dogs doing freestyle. I wish it was more popular; I've only seen it live once. There are tons of videos out there on the web if you search for them. It takes tons of work to perfect a routine like that, so I'm not sure it will ever become mainstream. Most people just don't have that kind of time to spend with their dogs.

Wow! That was incredible!! I love how excited and ecstatic the dog was to be doing that. It was obviously having a ball!! What an intelligent dog and a wonderful trainer!
