    hopping mad about fedex!!

    OK.. it has been about a month since we got our approval on our test package. Now our darned rep is never in when we call! We have to talk with him for the final legal paperwork I guess. Worse yet he did call back 2x in the past week but it was always right at the wrong time when we were either at our jobs or asleep..
    I just want this to be done so we can ship people's snakes out for the love of all that is good!!
    There; vented. Any advice?

    Jen,
    If I remeber correctly, I faxed my paperwork to the Rep. I would say fax to him/her, and leave a voice mail for them stating that you faxed it. If you do that, hopefullly they will call you back and leave a message, if you are not home, stating that they have it in the works.

    I myself hate communicating by voice mail, but sometimes it is the only way, and can be effective if both parties participate.
