I'm not a member of the medical profession, but it seems really unlikely that it would be MRSA.

MRSA stands for Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus. It's a very drug resistant strain of staph. Wiki article link (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Methici...ococcus_aureus)

'little pimple-like bumps' could be anything from clogged pores, an allergic reaction...etc.
