Cah-razy weather!

I can't believe the winds that we are getting now.. it started last night and went into today. The whole house is shaking; and it is an old, strong farmhouse that has withstood about 200 years..
I was a bit unnerved to find from our neighbor, that a twister had touched down here in the past 10 years. It had ripped off the roof of the garage! That explains why the roof is relatively new in relation to everything else.. it also scares me..
I saw some pretty nasty tornadoes on the news last night; I hope that all of our members are safe and I really hope that this ends soon. Seems like a whole weather upset in the eastern part of the country..

I got the same wind yesterday night, it was so strong it knocked over my radio and my blinds came of.. it was pretty bad.
I have a thing for weather-- when it goes bad I think it's cool like hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning... it's awesome! unless someone gets hurt, then its not.

Well at least it is not just me Right now there are these scary winds blowing, but not a cloud in the sky. I am just waiting for the dang power to go out.. :/

We had winds gusting up to 80 miles an hour Thursday with 5 inches of rain.. We were without power from 4am to 3:30pm. Was no fun at all without power. Had several tornadoes in the area but the closest was 12 miles from us.
