    Question Courting behavior questions

Is it normal for the male of a pair to do tail wagging and scent marking? I thought was a female behavior.

Also, is it normal for the female to use her spurs on the male?

    thx

    Re: Courting behavior questions

No I'm not sure about that, which is why I have to ask the question. One of my snakes sold to me as a male is doing a lot of tail wagging and scent marking when placed with another snake sold to me as a female. This is my first time trying to breed BPs, so I need to get these behaviors straight. And I guess I need to find someone who knows what the #@!! they are doing to sex these two. At least I have one pair that has figured it out! Another question... Will two females that are "in the mood" try to court each other?

    Anyone else???????

Are there any good resources on the web that give a good rundown of the different BP courting behaviors? I can't find anything in my searches.
