Shed Skin
I have always seen pictures on here of people with their snakes skin all stretched out. My snake always balls it up and poops in it. He sheds perfect, but he prefers to ball it up. Any one else's snakes do this?

Re: Shed Skin
I wonder why they always crap when they shed. Do they have to "push" to get the skin off? (Kind of like someone crapping themselves when they're doing a squat with 500lbs on their back)
Or...
I wonder if they just feel much better after doing both together. (Kind of the way alot of guys like to s***, shower, and shave in the morning for a fresh start)

Re: Shed Skin
I had the good fortune to watch Milton's last shed...
mid-shed pic
In this case, at least, the poo happened about 30 mins after the actual shed. I think the shedball is caused by them doing the actual shedding in their hides, so they have to pass over themselves so much it wads up the shed.
As for why they poo, they have to use all their muscles to get that skin off- if I ever get that video resized, you can see how they have to undulate to get out of it! I think it just stimulates their bowels in the process.
