WalMart, as unfortunate as it is, has foil tape for $6-something a roll, and it lasts a long time.

I use to use velcro to hold my stuff down and it worked pretty good

We tried finding aluminum tape and it was about $20. We are using the electrical tape on a shelf level that is not being used. We heard that electrical tape's adhesive will get goopy and end up sliding around. Thats why we keep it on a level that is unused so we can use it for a while. Haven't heard of using the blue painters tape before. How does that hold up to sliding tubs?
