    If you wash plates and bowls that had raw chicken on them, well, snake bowls wouldn't really be any dirtier.
    I wouldn't trust it to sterilize completely, but I wouldn't be worried about doing my dishes in there afterward.
    If you need to sterilize them, you'd have to do a bleach-water soak or something. (That's what they do in a lot of restaurants).

    I never thought of the chicken thing. I guess that a lot of the dishes that go in there probably have nastier stuff on them. I am going to give it a try. It will save me a lot of time. Thanks for the replys.
