Opinion on their weights - some pics to...

Basically i just wanted to put up their weights for yalls input, Akua is the only one i know for sure is a good weight for his size but i just cant get my girl [najya] that is his lenght up to 1000g... shes staying steady in the 700's range...
is it possible that she just wont get nice and chunky like akua? are there different body types in ball pythons?

Hasani [100% het pied male]- is getting switched on to weaned rats tomorrow...

Najya [female] - im trying to get her on small rats, shes just really likeing the mice...

Kiziah [female] - she is a rescue that goes off feeding atleast 1 time a month if not more thus why she isnt 800+ grams...

Tau [female] - that refuses to grow... im trying to switch her to rat pups just so i can get her on rats... but shes only taking hopper mice for me...

They are all on frozen thawed, im trying to get them all on rats, but its proving itself a bit more difficult that i thought...
i have had my big boy akua for almost 2 years, the smallest Tau for 10 months, the bigger girls for 8 months, and the smaller male hasani for about 5 months...

try letting some of the rats touch the mice, somehow get the scent of mice onto the rats, thats how i did it. Some snakes just wont eat rats.

I find that cutting open a frozen mouse and rubbing it on a live rat works very well for converting. The smell is usually strong enough to make you gag, the snakes sure think that it smells good tho.

i just dont understand how i could convert a craby blood python to f/t but cant hardly get my girls to take rats?!?!?

Does Najya eat for you every time you offer food? Maybe you are not giving her enough mice if she is not growing very well.

Yeah, She does, normally i offer her 1, because every other time i gave her 2 she only eats one...
Najya and Kiziah are both rescues i got back in january, a guy 45 mins from me had a bunch of reptiles in a pull behind pop out traler... and got arrested for animal cruelty(sp?) and the zoo by me took the reptiles and got them healthy enough to adopt out and put an article in the paper, so my mom called and blah blah. i got the two girls...
there were 8 BPs in a rack system, ALL IN ONE TUB soo... they were totally stressed. and stuff... soo yeah.
