Thanks for the okay on the neo, pain-reliever free. I said may have a rat bite because I do supervise my feeds. Actually I set and watch more to make sure it doeasn't bite, if Chocolate doesn't strike within 5 to 10 minutes, I remove the rat. Remove it sooner if the rat seems to cling close to him and he is uninterested. I had the rat 3 days, and put it in with him for a short while each day, he wasn't interested. I returned it to the pet shop for a credit and will try another in a week. I am very allergic to rodents, and 3 days in my home was all I could take. The pet shop works well with me due to this.

I tried frozen, and he ate them, but wasn't as frequent to eat as with live. It was also about the time of the UTI, and though I thawed, hot water warmed the frozen, I wondered if it could have influenced the UTI.

I know it is probably wrong, but to get frozen I have to make a 2 hour round trip. They are expensive and I have thrown them away because the BP wasn't interested. The live is 3 blocks, and I can return them as I did this last one, if the BP doesn't eat it.

Thanks for the help.
