Sounds like you were holding out in the hopes of getting em converted to rats? or FT rats?

i have 4 bp's and my male spider is the most reluctant to switch to FT rats. I tried holding out on him but it was no good. a good trick I have found is this: scent the rat as well as letting the BP see a mouse move around. I've noticed my spider male is more aroused by movement than anything else. Once he sees that mouse he'll strike at the FT rat if I put it in front of his face.
