Have you actually contacted Rich about the missing part and given him any amount of reasonable time to respond back to you before you posted here that you're worried about how he'll treat you? Why "upset" and "confused"? Things do happen when a company is shipping out multiple items. You notify them, you expect them to do right by you and life goes on.
