Girl has no job, no money. question is, should i give her the snake back, or talk to her mom and work something out where she doesn't get the snake back. I mean, i went over the basics with her today, temps, humidity, NO HEAT ROCKS. but she doesn't have a job and i don't think she'll ever be able to care for the snake.
As bad as it might sound, someone that cannot provide for an animal (proper supply, food, vet cost) should not own one, simple as that.
