    Rat litter

Here are some pics of a new rat litter that I have. I started out with 9, now i'm down to 5. It's weird, all of them are pretty much the same color. They are all cinamon hooded ones, but only one has a stripe. Is it normal for a litter to be identical? The last one was pretty different.

I generally get a lot of mixed litters but it's not uncommon to have a litter all one color or pattern. Depends on the genetics both parents carried. I know Robin has a black and white hooded male that throws a lot of identical b & w hooded babies.
