Lobster roaches are a little over an inch as adults. I'd say at least two, maybe three would be about the same sized meal as a locust. I love raising roach colonies, easy to keep, and they produce like crazy with warm temps and lots O food, or slowly with cooler temps and limited food. But for one spider, prolly not worth trying to get over The Willies.
