I've been researching all I can for about 9 months before I came to the decision to get one. Thank you for the concern and the recomendation. Sadly while researching I have come across more stories than I care to hear about abandoned and dead monitors because of owner neglect. Any animal that I might be intrested in as a pet I'll read any thing I can get my hands on thats about the animal, to make sure that its some thing I really want and I can care for fully. Unfortionatly there are alot of people who don't see it that way and most poor animals are victoms of impulse buys. Sorry about the rant (and the bad spelling) it just really really pisses me off when animals suffer as you said because of improper care because some one woun't take the time to learn all they can about a life that they are bringing into there home. Again thank you soooooooo much for having the animal's best intrest in mind and for the book recemdation (I will defently check it out!). That's why I love this site.
