My personal view FWIW

This only relates to those I have decided not to hold back for my personal collection

I don't think there is any value in raising up normal males (from a pure resell point of view they won't get much more valuable the older/larger they get). They will make great pets for someone and if I was in the market for one getting him small and watching him grow up would be part of the experience of owning him...so for normal males I say sell now.

For normal females that you don't need they will get more valuable as they get closer to breeding age...but then after you have had them for 2-3 years are you really going to want to sell them at that point. You also have to consider the cost of keeping them (food, bedding, care, etc.) and will you make it back by keeping them.

For morphs they are just going to go down in price (again female breeders will go up but by how much vs. cost of keeping them)

So long story short is I plan to sell mine (only 2 or 3) once I get certified to ship (hopefully in the coming weeks) - this way I can start to build a name for myself, offer some great animals to those looking for a new pet and get experience in the whole "small breeder" areana.
