    What a bad weekend *vent*

I was looking forward to this past weekend all last week. Friday I go out to my car and my car is completely dead. Call my father and he tells me to use his old car. I go out and try to start his car, nothing. At that point I'm pretty worked up and mad because I can't miss work since it's my new job. My father can't come and pick me up since he is already at work and can't leave. So I call my b/f 50 million times in hopes he will answer his phone at work. After I gave up and now I'm thinking of how I'm going to get to work he calls me back. Call work and tell them I'm coming in but I'm going to be late. He had time to leave his job, come get me, take me to work, and get back to work before his boss came in. So YAY I got to work an hour late. Work went by fast and fine. 3:30 rolls around and well my b/f doesn't show up to pick me up. 4pm still no Eric... start calling him off the hook. He finally answers around 4:30 and tells me that he's on his way. The ding bat came home from work and fell asleep.

I get back home then my father calls me and tells me that Cinnamon is having really horrible seizures all over the place since he got up there. I tell him to try to get a pill in her since that is what the vet always says to do when she has a bad one. He did that and an hour later he calls me back and says she's still having them and she is completely lost and out of it. I told him to call the vet since she was still having them. He takes her to the vet and she's still having horrible seizures. Vet takes her back and sedates her. A few hours we call back to find out that she is still having them and nothing seems to be helping. We leave her over night and the next morning the vet calls us back and tells us that she's been having them just about non stop all night long and pretty much told us that we needed to put her down. My fathers g/f by then is a complete wreck but we tried to prepare her for the worse. We drove up there and told them to put her down and they did. So that was a major kick in the teeth. So Saturday the three of us just kind of sat around and were just in shock that Cin never really came out of those seizures like she always did before. That really really sucked and I think Snick knew because she too was just acting real weird and for once didn't want to be around us or have any kind of attention.

I leave their and meet up with my b/f for a party Sat night. Start to get ready and just about to head out the door when my b/f gets a call from one of or friends and tells us that our friend Matt's mom was just found dead in their house. So that was a total shock and really horrible news since she was such a nice and sweet person. No to sure what happened since we were just told that the party was now off and why. I still can't believe that she is gone. It's just crazy.

Today Eric & I threw a small cookout party but I know most of us were still in shock about Matt's mom since she was liked/loved by us all. It was a success, but not at the same time too if you know what I mean.

So that was my weekend. I know they say deaths come in 3's, but man I sure hope that isn't the case this time. I'm in double shock because I just lost one of my dogs and a good friend of mine just lost his mother. UGH I still feel sick to my stomach. I just can't grasp that this all really just went down in a 2 day period. What a horrible weekend. I sure hope this week goes better.

Allison, so sorry to hear about the difficult weekend and my thoughts and prayers go out to you and your friends at such a sad time. Unfortunately life comes with good days and bad days. I hope the good days in the future will far outweigh these bad ones and will help to heal the pain you are feeling now. Don't let the negative bring you down because the positive is waiting for you right around the corner, I promise
